This was our first time buying a home in CT.

My husband and I had been previous homeowners in WA, but we knew the home buying process was different state by state. When we decided to buy a home in CT, we were told by our realtor that we needed to have a closing attorney when signing our closing documents. We chose Chris because he was very knowledgeable in the VA home buying process,since he was retired military. He made my husband and I feel comfortable and at ease while we went through all the closing documents. I had also requested with our loan company that we close on our new home with 26 days, so that we could celebrate our daughter’s birthday in our new home. Chris and Valerie worked together with our loan company to make sure that this happened. We actually closed on our new home in 25 days!

I was so thankful. My daughter had a wonderful birthday slumber party. I know it would not have been possible without Chris & Valerie being diligent and committed to meeting this deadline.
