What made you choose Chris as your real estate attorney?: We chose Chris when I asked our lender for some recommendations for an attorney for the sale of our first time home buying process.

How impressed were you with the speed of the buying process?: The paperwork process of buying our home was a lot quicker than I had expected.

What was the best thing Chris did to help you buy your home?: We were happy that we really didn’t need to do anything and Chris’s office took care of everything for us and all we had to do is sign everything closing day.

How was Chris able to help you overcome any challenges closing on your home?: Chris was great! With the health pandemic we were nervous we would hit road blocks finishing up the sale of our first home. Chris’s office actually got everything together so we could close early and made everything so easy for us! Closing only consisted of us and they were great at making sure everyone was following precautions.

Would you recommend my real estate services to friends, family, neighbors or coworkers? What would you tell them?: Yes, we would definitely recommend his real estate services to friends and family. We would let them know that his office made the buying of our first home such an easy process.

How did you feel throughout the whole buying process?: We didn’t know what to expect when buying as we were buying for the first time. We were nervous about the closing but it was so much laid back and stress free then we expected thanks to Chris’s office!
