We chose Chris Albanese because we were referred to him by our mortgage broker and we trusted his suggestion. I’m glad we decided to go with his recommendation!

How impressed were you with the speed of the buying process?

Our process was out of the ordinary, due to Covid-19 and purchasing from another Navy family we had to wait but with the help of Mr Albanese and his staff it all went very smoothly!

What was the best thing Chris did to help you buy your home?

I was so thankful that anytime we had any questions the office was quick to get back, either with email or phone calls back!

How was Chris able to help you overcome any challenges closing on your home?

Chris made us feel calm. He was very welcoming and very patient with our 3 kids who had to come in with us. He answered any and all questions we had and explained everything in detail!

Oh for sure! I would pass along how great he made us feel during the stress and nerves of buying our first home. From the start with our agent all the way through to closing it was a very stress free time!

We were given his name from Todd Brown.

How did you feel throughout the whole buying process?

Oddly at peace the whole way through. Once we found our home it just all felt right!

Is there anything notable you would like to mention about working with Chris?

Chris and his office staff are truly amazing. Quick to get back if they didn’t have the answer to a question. They made our closing go so smooth and even printed out coloring pages for our kids to keep them occupied during the closing process.
